AWANA
Every Wednesday night from September through May our church evolves into a kid-crazy, Bible-memorizing, fun-filled event called AWANA. It is a kids club based on 2 Timothy 2:15 – A-pproved W-orkmen A-re N-ot A-shamed (AWANA). Our club meets from 6:30pm-8pm on Wednesdays.
Rooted Youth
Overview
The EBC Youth Group is a place for 7th-12th grade students to make friends while growing in faith, hope, and love in Christ. We offer many opportunities for students to learn, serve, and have fun as they navigate the teenage years. Our desire is to partner with parents to see teenagers rooted in their faith.
Activities
EBC offers teens many opportunities to interact with each other, the church, as well as the broader community and world through various activities. There is at least one youth activity per month which includes (but is not limited to) games, community service opportunities, camps, and more.
Bible Study/Sunday School
Each Sunday morning teens meet at 9:30am and study the Bible, pray, and encourage one another while discussing relevant topics in our lives.
Serving
EBC Teens serve in our church in many ways, whether it be through our children’s AWANA program or through various community service projects.
Adults
Sunday School
Throughout the year we seek to engage the heart with the Word of God. We tackle topics like general Bible study, marriage, parenting, and various counseling topics.
Ladies
We seek to build strong and confident women of faith through Bible study, prayer, and fellowship. We gather regularly for study, casual and formal events, and service activities.
Men
We are an intergenerational ministry. You will see old and young men desiring to grow together as disciples of Jesus Christ. The first Saturday of every month we gather to enjoy a breakfast together, share life and pray together.
Prime Timers
We are blessed with a great group of senior adults. They are active in caring for one another and meeting regularly for fellowship and spiritual encouragement.
Missions
We delight in partnering with missionaries to see the fame of Jesus and His gospel spread around the world.
